National Teacher’s Day: today, we celebrate those who dedicate themselves to Inspiring, Teaching, and Shaping the Future. May your work continue to illuminate Minds and Hearts, and may your Passion for Knowledge always remain alive. This day was established in 1947 in São Paulo, in reference to the Imperial Decree of Dom Pedro I, dated October 15, 1827, which created Elementary Education in Brazil and mandated the creation of Primary Schools in all cities. Teachers, congratulations on making a Difference Every Day!

Conscious Consumption Day: this day aims to promote reflection on consumption habits and encourage more Sustainable and Responsible choices, considering Environmental, Social, and Economic impacts. Established by the Ministry of the Environment in 2009, this initiative goes beyond simply purchasing products. It seeks to address issues such as Waste Reduction, Rational Use of resources, and Recycling.

World White Cane Day: established in 1964 by then U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson to raise awareness about the Inclusion, Rights, and Autonomy of visually impaired (Blind) individuals.
