1- DIA DO TELEFONE: devido a invenção de Alexander GRAHAM BELL. Em 10 de março de 1876, Bell realizou a primeira transmissão bem-sucedida de voz através do dispositivo que ele mesmo inventou, ao dizer “Sr. Watson, venha aqui, eu quero vê-lo”. Esse momento marcou o início da era das COMUNICAÇÕES TELEFÔNICAS;

1- PHONE DAY: due to the invention of Alexander Graham Bell. On March 10, 1876, Bell made the first successful voice transmission through the device he himself invented, by saying ‘Mr. Watson, come here, I want to see you.’ This moment marked the beginning of the era of TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS;

2- DIA DO CONSERVADOR: ser Conservador é optar pela Postura Prudente. As pessoas que possuem tal Característica Não costumam ser levadas por Qualquer Ideologia, principalmente, aquelas que defendem Mudanças que prometem Transformar o Mundo do Dia para Noite;

3- DIA DO SOGRO: comemorado anualmente a data foi criada com a intenção de Homenagear o Pai do Cônjuge. De forma geral, os sogros são categorizados popularmente como os “Segundos Pais”. São “Parentes por Consideração”, ou seja, alguém que Não possui a mesma Herança Sanguínea , mas que socialmente é considerado membro da família por afinidades. A palavra “Sogro” em inglês é “father in law”, ou seja, “Pai pela Lei”;

3- FATHER-IN LAW DAY: celebrated annually, the date was created with the intention of Honoring the Spouse’s Father. 4- DIA DA SOCIEDADE DOS AMIGOS DO BAIRRO: é uma entidade autônoma que representa a comunidade de determinada área geográfica de uma Cidade. É uma iniciativa para reunir, espontaneamente, cidadãos em torno de um mesmo objetivo, visando melhorar a Qualidade de Vida em cada Bairro. Para fundar uma é necessário um Grupo com mais de Cinquenta Pessoas, que deverão discutir e redigir um Estatuto a ser seguido. Uma vez Organizada, pode reivindicar a Solução de Problemas Urbanos junto aos Órgãos Públicos;

4- NEIGHBORHOOD FRIENDS SOCIETY DAY: it is an autonomous entity that represents the community of a specific geographical area within a city. It is an initiative to spontaneously bring together citizens around a common goal, aiming to improve the Quality of Life in each neighborhood. To establish one, a group of more than fifty people is required, who should discuss and draft a statute to be followed. Once organized, it can advocate for the resolution of urban problems with public authorities;

5- DIA MUNDIAL DE COMBATE AO SEDENTARISMO: a falta de atividades físicas é um dos fatores responsáveis por muitas doenças e condições que agravam a Saúde. Para alertar sobre a importância de INCLUIR a Prática de EXERCÍCIOS no Cotidiano, foi escolhido o dia 10 de março. A data alerta para dados preocupantes, quatro em cada cinco Adolescentes são Sedentários, ou seja, não realizam nenhum tipo de Atividade Física. Nos Adultos, o sedentarismo está presente em cerca de 23% dos indivíduos.

5- WORLD DAY TO COMBAT SEDENTARISM: lack of physical activity is one of the factors responsible for many diseases and conditions that worsen health. To raise awareness about the importance of INCLUDING EXERCISE in daily life, March 10th was chosen. The date highlights concerning statistics; four out of five adolescents are sedentary, meaning they do not engage in any type of physical activity. In adults, sedentary behavior is present in around 23% of individuals.
