DIA NACIONAL DOS ANIMAIS: comemorado no BRASIL em 14 de março. Esta data é destinada a nos Conscientizar sobre a importância da PROTEÇÃO e do BEM-ESTAR dos ANIMAIS, Promovendo e Incentivando a adoção de PRÁTICAS ÉTICAS em relação aos cuidados com eles.

É uma ocasião para Destacar os Direitos dos ANIMAIS, como o Direito à VIDA, à Saúde, à Liberdade e à NÃO SEREM SUBMETIDOS A MAUS-TRATOS. Também para Promover a Adoção Responsável e Lembrar da importância da ESTERELIZAÇÃO e da VACINAÇÃO.

NATIONAL ANIMAL DAY: celebrated in BRAZIL on March 14th. This date is intended to raise awareness about the importance of PROTECTION and WELL-BEING of ANIMALS, promoting and encouraging the adoption of ETHICAL PRACTICES regarding their care. It is an occasion to highlight the rights of ANIMALS, such as the right to LIFE, Health, Freedom, and NOT TO BE SUBJECTED TO ABUSE. Also, to promote Responsible Adoption and to remind of the importance of STERILIZATION and VACCINATION.

MAS POR QUE 14 DE MARÇO É O DIA DO PI ? :  “a coisa” faz sentido quando a data é vista no formato americano, quando o mês vem à frente do dia – 3/14 –  e considerando que o número Pi é 3,14.

Representado pela letra grega “π”, Pi é uma constante dada pela Razão da Circunferência de um Círculo por seu Diâmetro. Em outras palavras, o número é o resultado da CONTA DE DIVISÃO entre o Comprimento Total de uma Circunferência e o seu Diâmetro. Onde o Diâmetro é a distância medida por uma linha reta passando pelo Centro do Círculo e que equivale a duas vezes o seu Raio.

BUT WHY IS MARCH 14TH PI DAY?: “the thing” makes sense when the date is seen in the American format, with the month preceding the day – 3/14 – and considering that the number Pi is 3.14. Represented by the Greek letter “π”, Pi is a constant given by the Ratio of the Circumference of a Circle to its Diameter. In other words, the number is the result of the DIVISION OPERATION between the total length of a circumference and its diameter. Where the Diameter is the distance measured by a straight line passing through the center of the circle and is equivalent to twice its Radius.
