Hoje também a Capital do BRASIL comemora 64 anos fundação. Brasília foi inaugurada em 21 de abril de 1960, tornando-se a capital oficial do país, substituindo o Rio de Janeiro. Seu projeto arquitetônico foi concebido pelo arquiteto Oscar Niemeyer e pelo urbanista Lúcio Costa. A cidade é famosa por seu design modernista e edifícios governamentais, como o Palácio do Planalto, o Congresso Nacional e a Catedral Metropolitana.
