Today, Tomorrow, Together. We Want and Can Help.

BIRTHDAY is a significant point in our JOURNEY, marking the memories we accumulate throughout LIFE. It can also symbolize the BEGINNING of a NEW CYCLE. We wish that this NEW PHASE be full of ACHIEVEMENTS, JOYS, and MEMORABLE Moments.

International Hemophilia Day: in honor of the birth date of Frank Schnabel, founder in 1963 of the World Federation of Hemophilia, which is an organization aimed at assisting people with bleeding disorders. Hemophilia is a rare and chronic genetic condition that affects blood clotting. There are several types of hemophilia, with the most common being hemophilia A and B. Both are caused by deficiencies in specific proteins necessary for blood clotting.

National Botany Day: instituted by Decree No. 1,147, on 05/24/94, is a tribute to Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius (1794-1868), a German botanist known as the Father of Palms, who was born on April 17th and was a great explorer of the Brazilian nature. Botany is the science that studies plants in their various dimensions, from their structure to their ecology and interactions with the environment.

National Day of Struggle for Agrarian Reform: the date has a history linked to the massacre of Eldorado dos Carajás, which occurred on 04/17/96, in the state of Pará. During a demonstration of rural workers, the Military Police opened fire on the protesters, resulting in the death of 19 people.
